What Anthony Bourdain tells me, I believe. When I saw his episode of No Reservations on Peru, I paid attention.

He said ignore the casino facade and go to Toshiro's sushi. The owner will greet you. It blends Peruvian flavors with traditional sushi and it is amazing.

So I went. We had omikase and we don't actually know everything that Raul put before us, but it was all delicious and impeccably fresh. Most of it was right out of Peruvian coastal waters.

Toshiro greeted us. The old guy Julius coached us and told Yaci to choose in her life wisely.
