This afternoon and tonight I went through my photos for the day with five Masai men in beautiful red regalia and beaded arm bands and finery huddled around and behind me, watching and laughing and pointing
- recognizing their friends and in SO AND SO CASE fellow villagers in the images
- and talking to each other about them in Masa
- and Wilson, our silver-awarded guide, asking for 5 of my lion photos because “that one is good. Good.”
This just might be one of the single-most-greatest moments of my photo life, ever.
