Do you have any experience or knowledge or know someone with good insight into finding a small monastery in Nepal where I can teach monks English in exchange for meditation teaching, or pay a small sum to live there and do chores for meditation?

I see a few but they are large and I'm looking for that "kung fu on the side of the mountain, wake up in the mist and see life in a new light" kinda thingie, not the Kathmandu central.
